Kyivstar has launched a «Kyivstar-ТV» Internet video channel, where the company video archive is exposed starting from 2003, as well as step-by-step instructions about how to get connected and adjust the operator’s services and products.

On October 12, 2011 a «Twice as much Internet» promotional offer from Kyivstar is started. According to it, pre-paid subscribers who activate their SIM cards in the period between October 12, 2011 and January 31, 2012 will get a doubled amount of non-rated traffic in case of ordering Internet packages.

Kyivstar reports on early connection of the 100^th Ukraine’s locality to the «Home Internet» network. The «jubilee» locality, where the «Home Internet» service is now available, is the settlement of Yuvileiny, Luhansk Oblast, which has a population of 16 thousand people.

«Kyivstar Business» is introducing a new «Unlimited Space» rate plan without connection fee and a possibility to stay in touch with no money on the account, starting from the first month of service. The new offer includes 5,000 non-rated minutes for calls to all operators in Ukraine.

In spring 2010 Kyivstar launched a «Replacement SIM card» service, which allows a client in case of loss of or damage to the main SIM card to activate a replacement card at once. More than 75 thousand subscribers have used this convenient service since it was introduced.

Adhering tothe principles of social responsibility,Kyivstar continues to connect general educational institutions of Ukraine to unlimited broadband Internet. This initiative is being implemented under the Memorandum of cooperation signedbetween the operator and the Ministry of Education, Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine.

Kyivstar is expanding its «Home Internet» network ahead of schedule. The previously scheduled mark at the level of 100 cities to be achieved by the end of the year will be reached three months earlier. Today the broadband Internet network of the operator has already covered 99 cities. The new cities connected to the «Internet Home» in late September, were Ladyzhyn, Romny, Pavlohrad, Artemivsk and Kotsiubynskie.

On September 27, 2011, Kyivstar supported by the Ministry of Education, Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine held opened lessons on online security for schoolchildren in three schools connected to broadband Internet from the telecom operator: No. 54 in Kyiv, No. 82 in Lviv and No. 80 in Dnipropetrivsk.

Kyivstar is recognized to be the most transparent company in the telecom market of Ukraine following the results of the company transparency and accountability index initiatedby the «Development of corporate social responsibility» Center.

New cities are connected to the Kyivstar broadband Internet: Marhanets and Zelenodolsk, Dnipropetrivsk Oblast, and Shchastia, Luhansk Oblast. In this way, high speed Internet on the basis of the FTTB technology («Home Internet» service) is already available in 94 cities of Ukraine.

The «Kyivstar» experts supported by the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine participated in the regional conferences for pedagogical staff. More than 5000 teachers in 11 oblasts of Ukraine familiarized themselves with online safety issues and rules of the children’s safe conduct on the Web.

«Kyivstar Business» offers additional possibilities to the highly remunerative contract users, small and medium business clients under an updated «Golden Customer» loyalty program.

Kyivstar has expanded its broadband Internet network on the basis of the FTTB technology to three more cities: Zhovti Vody, Kupiansk and Tavriisk. Now the «Home Internet» service and a possibility of an access to the network at a speed of 100 MB/s is available for 91 cities of Ukraine.

From September 15 to October 31 DJUІСE will be offering free mobile games without paying for traffic and without limitations concerning the number of downloads to all subscribers of the Kyivstar network.

Starting from September 15, 2011, Kyivstar is introducing three new rate plans: «Happy,» «Convenient» and «Maximal» for users of the contract and prepaid forms of service. The new rates without connection payment envisage a daily user’s fee and contain a large number of non-rated minutes for calls inside the network that are provided on a daily basis.

Every week «Home Internet» from Kyivstar spreads over to new cities. Recently,the leader of the telecommunications market in Ukraine has built a fiber optic network in five cities: Lubny, Myrhorod, Svitlovodsk, Izium and Kolomyia. Thus, 28 thousand families have a possibility to take advantage of the high-speed «Home Internet».

On September 13, 2011, Kyivstar launched a «Roaming in Russia for 1.0 UAH» promotional campaign. The price for one minute of conversation (for calls in Ukraine or across the Russian Federation) and sending one SMS message is 1.0 UAH. The offer is valid for Kyivstar and DJUICE prepaid communications subscribers through December 31, 2011.

In September 2011"Kyivstar Business" expanded its messaging service possibilities by adding a possibility of sending MMS. «SMS and MMS messaging» is a service that allows business clients to easily, quickly and economically send SMS and MMS messages through a convenient interface. New service subscribers can get connected to it under promotional terms.
