For data communication services to be provided, the customers are offered the following types of equipment and software:
- Siemens HiPath 1100 state-financed telephone stations supporting a local office with a staff of up to 120 employees;
- Siemens HiPath 3000, Avaya IP Office 500, Cisco UC (Call Manager) and Nortel BCM 400 telephone stations supporting a local and remote offices with a staff of up to 500 employees;
- Siemens HiPath 4000, Avaya Media Server 8000 and Nortel SC—1000 telephone stations supporting internal telephone communication in the companies with geographically distributed branch network;
- Analog, digital and cordless (DECT and WiFi standard) telephone sets of Siemens, Avaya, Cisco, Nortel and other manufacturers;
- Dial Audit software for call tariffication;
- Voice Audit software for conversation recording;
- Passive equipment for cable infrastructure: cabinets, patch panels, cross equipment, cable, outlets, etc. (design and installation as necessary);
- Supplementary equipment: UPS sources and/or accumulator batteries to maintain streaming operation mode of the equipment.
While purchasing equipment, the customers may be provided with additional services on equipment procurement, installation and setting, as well as on its maintenance.
