While entering the application, we will send an SMS code to your mobile to make sure that it is really you entering the number.
SMS code is great, but sometimes fraudster still manage to steal it. We took care of that too! Even after entering the SMS code, nobody will be able to use “My Kyivstar” from your device, because during each interaction with the application we ask you to enter the access code which you set yourself. You can also enable fingerprint or Face ID login, if your device allows it.
Google Pay and Apple Pay
These services do not transmit card numbers to third-party servers, so using them is even safer than using physical cards.

You can view your number’s call history in the “Activities” section. Click on “All activities” at the bottom of the main screen. On the next screen, click on the list icon in the top right corner. A window with a list of all activities will appear. Select “Calls” and click “Show results”. You can sort calls by parameters: show paid only, filter by period or select a specific date.
How can I check balance in My Kyivstar?
Open the app: on the main screen you will see the balance of the account, as well as the remaining minutes, SMS and megabytes included in your plan.
How can I deactivate d-jingle via My Kyivstar?
To disable d-jingle, go to the “Services” – “Entertainment” section at the bottom of the main screen. In the list that opens, find the “D-Jingle” service and click on the “Details” button. On the next screen, click “Deactivate”.
How can I check spending and payments in My Kyivstar?
You can view your number’s spending and payments in the “Activities” section. Click on “All activities” at the bottom of the main screen. On the next screen, click on the list icon next to the title. A window with a list of all activities will appear. Turn on “Show paid only” at the bottom of the list and click “Show results”.
How can I find out information about tariff plans via My Kyivstar?
On the main screen of the app, click on the “Change plan” button. The recommended plan will open, specially selected by the system based on your activities.
How can I check the details of my plan in My Kyivstar?
You can find the name of your plan on the main screen of the application. Click on it, to find out the details. On the next screen you will see the volumes of the services included in the plan, as well as the cost of services in case you exceed the plan limits.
How can I top up my account via My Kyivstar?
You can top up an account via application without any commission. As a primary payment method, we offer Google Pay (Android) or Apple Pay (iOS). These services do not send your card numbers to external servers, so using them is even safer than using physical cards. Pay contactless and stay calm since Google Pay or Apple Pay protects your data.
To top up your mobile number or “Home Internet” account, click “Top up” on the main screen. Next, enter the phone or personal account number, enter the amount and click on the Google Pay or Apple Pay payment button at the bottom of the screen. As soon as the sum is in the account, you will receive an SMS notification and notice that the balance on the main screen has changed.
