To make a call, send SMS or MMS messages from your additional number you have to dial a subscriber’s number at your mobile phone in the following format: 818380YYХХХXXХХ, where 818 — the internal service code, 380 — the code of Ukraine, and YYХХХXXХХ — the subscriber’s number whom you are calling or sending the SMS or MMS message.
Calls, SMS and MMS messages sent to your additional number are redirected to your main number automatically. The subscriber’s number who is calling to you or sending the SMS or MMS message to your additional number will be displayed in the following way: 818380YYХХХXXХХ, where 818 — the internal service code, 380 — the code of Ukraine, and YYХХХXXХХ — the subscriber’s number who is calling or sending the SMS or MMS message.
The tariffs are in UAH, including all taxes and fees.

Is it possible to order more than one additional number?	For one primary phone number you can order only one additional phone number.
How often is it possible to change the additional number?	You may change the phone number not more than three times within 30 days upon activation or the last change.
If the service was deactivated and then reactivated will I receive a new number?	If within 2 months upon the service deactivation you wish to resume using it you will be given the same additional phone number. If the service is reactivated upon more than 60 days of its deactivation you will receive a random number or you can independently select a number in My Kyivstar system.
Are there any limitations for phone calls using this service?	Using an additional number it is impossible to make outgoing calls and send SMS or MMS to the numbers of foreign mobile operators and to any short numbers, while incoming calls and messages will be received. Correct functioning of the service in roaming is not guaranteed.
Will messages from short numbers be delivered to the additional number?	The additional number is unlikely to receive the messages sent from abbreviated and alphanumerical Kyivstar numbers and CPA providers, as well as the promotional messages of the operator and its partners.
In what cases can my call receiver determine my real number?	If you have Additional Number and SMS-Call services activated and you try to call a mobile number in Ukraine from your additional number and it turns out that you have not enough money for calling on your account the receiver you are trying to reach will get a message about that with SMS-Call service. In this message your real rather additional number will be indicated.

How other services match with "Additional Number" service

"Caller ID Blocking" (Calling Line ID Restriction Service)	CLIR service doesn’t refer to your additional number. So when you call from an additional one, this number will be identified and displayed.
"Autoresponder"	Autoresponder will not work when you have incoming call to your additional number.
"Call Me Back" and "Top-up My Account"	SMS-requests from "Call Me Back" and "Top-up My Account" services will be not delivered to you additional number. The sender will receive a response that such number does not exist.
"Call Forwarding"	If you have set up on your main number "Call Forwarding", it will not work on your additional one. The subscriber who calls you will hear a standard message "The subscriber cannot receive your call at the moment".
"Notify Me"	If you’ve had incoming call, while your phone was turned off, the message, that you appear in the network, will be send from the main number, not from additional one.
"Pay For Me"	The subscriber who calls to your additional number can’t use "Pay For Me" service. If you are calling from additional number and want to use "Pay For Me", your main number will be displayed, not an additional one.
"SMS Forwarding"	SMS-messages can’t be forwarded to your additional number.
Price plans "М2М Data Transfer" and "Special М2М"	If you are subscriber of contract price plans "М2М Data Transfer" and "Special М2М", you can’t order additional number. But if you connected additional number before switching to this plans, it will stay.
"Money Transfer"	Money can’t be transferred to your additional number.
"Short call"	While using Short Call your main number will be displayed, not an additional one.
"SMS and MMS From E-mail"	SMS and MMS from e-mail addresses will not be delivered to you additional number
"SMS Call"	When you call from the additional number to any other mobile in Ukraine and appears that on your account is not enough money, subscriber, whom you tried to reach, will be notified via "SMS Call" (if you have this service connected). This message will contain your main number, not additional.
