The estimated cost is the average cost of services according to a tariff plan per day. It aims to simplify the comparison of different tariff plans conditions for customers. You can find the calculation order here.

Cost over the package volume

Extra packs of megabytes, minutes, SMS can be accrued only if you have been used them. The packs are valid within a day (from 00:00 to 23:59:59).

• How to connect this tariff

  Kyivstar prepaid customers can switch to the plan through the Migration, service ant get a bundle of services at promotional price – 100 UAH for the first month with an offer “Simple start”. When switching from prepaid to postpaid, you can save your phone number, record and active services (if they are available on postpaid service).

  Any other carriers’ customers may join Kyivstar network with a new number or save their number and get services at a special promotional price, which comprises 100 UAH for the first month with an offer “Simple start”.

  To save your number, use the MNP service. To keep track of calls to the previous number, please use the Comfortable Transfer free service.

  Kyivstar postpaid customers, may change their plan at My Kyivstar system or by dialing 477*1, or at Kyivstar shop..

  Kyivstar postpaid customers may add to their plan “Home Internet” service at Kyivstar shop.

• How do we charge this plan

  In the first month of service you will be charged the fee for the package “First month of service”:

  • for new and migrated from prepaid customers – 100 UAH with an offer “Simple start”
  • for customers who changed their tariff plan – 225 UAH.

  Thereafter the payment for services package will be charged in equal portions on each day of the calendar month.

  Please note. The "Home Internet" service can be provided in case it is technically possible. It costs 25 UAH, the fee is taken from the home internet personal account and is returned to the account after service activation.

• How do we charge plan minutes, SMS and megabytes

  For the first time plan services will be added:

  • new subscription of migration from prepaid – right after the activation;
  • when you change other postpaid plan to this one – 1st day of month.

  Thereafter the plan services will be added at the first day of month.

  Validity term for plan services – up to the last day of month (till 23:59). Unused minutes, SMS and megabytes will be cancelled.

• How messages are charged

  According to tariff conditions, you can use SMS and MMS packages. You get packages automatically only when you send SMS or МMS.

  SMS within Ukraine (100 packages per 10 SMS each daily)	3.00 UAH/package

  Please note. MMS messaging is availably only within Kyivstar network.

  If you have used all the messages from the first package and continue using SMS or ММS, you will automatically get the next package and another payment will be charged. After using the maximum amount of packages during 24 hours, you will be charged for each SMS or ММS.

  Packages are active during 24 hours (midnight till 11:59:59 PM).

• How to add Home Internet service to your tariff

  You can apply at Kyivstar shop with your passport and ID number. Your active Home Internet personal account will be automatically changed to a new in order to combine it with your mobile number. If you have money on your old personal account you can back them to your card or current account.

  If you do not have Home Internet from Kyivstar, make sure that there is technical possibility of connection due to your address. This can be done by link.

• Do I have to pay for a new connection of Home Internet

  No, there are no any payments.

• Will the Home Internet service suspended if in the mid-month there is no money

  Home internet will work to the end of the month if current month you have started to pay a monthly fee. It will work even if there is no money on your mobile account in the mid-month.

• How estimated cost is calculated
  The estimated cost is the average cost of services according to a tariff plan or a service package per day. It is calculated by dividing the fixed tariff plan or service package fee per corresponding period by the number of days in this period. If the payment period for such services is a month, the estimated cost is calculated by dividing the tariff plan or service package fee by 30 days. The result of division shall be rounded to kopiykas. The estimated cost aims to simplify the comparison of different tariff plans or service package conditions for customers.
• Additional information
  • The cost of the first second of every minute of a conversation equals the specified cost of a minute. The cost of all subsequent seconds of the specified minute within the conversation is included in the cost of such a first second of conversation.
  • The statement “Unlim On-net calls” means that calls to the mobile numbers within Kyivstar network are not charged.
  • Access to 3G- and 4G-network is provided if 3G- or 4G-coverage respectively is available and in case of the technical possibility to provide and receive those services. APN for mobile internet – “internet”.
  • The minimum validity term of plan is 30 days from the date of its launch for activation. After this period, the operator shall be entitled to change the tariffs within the procedure established by the current laws of Ukraine.
  • The tariff plan is active throughout Ukraine, except for temporarily occupied territories. Tariff plan action can be restricted on the territories of Joint Forces Operation conducting.
