To become our subscriber, purchase a starter pack with the name of this tariff and activate it (the instructions are on the back of the pack). After you activate, you will receive everything that is in the tariff without paying for the first 4 weeks.
If you just switched to this tariff, the payment for the tariff is immediately removed, that is, 225 UAH. Next payment — in 4 weeks. It is filmed at midnight (00:00).
If there were not enough funds on the day of the tariff payment, 10 UAH is withdrawn for a package of services for one day. If you have less than UAH 10 on your account, the entire amount is withdrawn, and you will receive this package at a special price.
If on your account no funds and you have replenished it with UAH 225, wait for an SMS that the account has been replenished and you have received a package of services.
For example, you have topped up your account on November 11, next time you need to top up before 23:59:59 on December 8, that is, after 4 weeks. If you have not done this or have not enough top-up, 10 UAH will be withdrawn from your account on December 9 and you will receive:
unlim within Kyivstar network;
100 MB of mobile internet;
10 minutes for calls on other Ukrainian mobiles.
All this is provided for 1 day. What you didn`t use on that day is canceled.

When activating the starter package with a mark “the first services package included” you will get all the services of tariff without payment for the first 4 weeks.
The estimated cost is the average cost of services according to a tariff plan or a service package per day. It is calculated by dividing the fixed tariff plan or service package fee per corresponding period by the number of days in this period. If the payment period for such services is a month, the estimated cost is calculated by dividing the tariff plan or service package fee by 30 days. The result of division shall be rounded to kopiykas. The estimated cost aims to simplify the comparison of different tariff plans or service package conditions for customers.
The cost of the first second of every minute of a conversation equals the specified cost of a minute. The cost of all subsequent seconds of the specified minute within the conversation is included in the cost of such a first second of conversation.
The counting of every 500 kilobytes included in the non-chargeable amount of megabytes is made at the time of reception/transmission of the first byte of every 500 kilobytes of data.
Access to 3G- and 4G-network is provided if 3G- or 4G-coverage respectively is available and in case of the technical possibility to provide and receive those services. APN for mobile internet – “internet”.
The statement “Unlim On-net calls” means that calls to the mobile numbers within Kyivstar network are not charged.
The statement “calls to other mobiles” means calls to other GSM/UMTS mobile networks.
The statement “Calls to the landline numbers” means calls to Ukrainian landline numbers and to numbers CDMA (with 092, 094 codes).The statement “Calls to other mobile numbers” means calls to numbers other GSM/UMTS networks.
This plan is intended and can be used exceptionally for registered customers and customers served impersonally.
The minimum validity term of plan is 30 days from the date of its launch for activation. After this period, the operator shall be entitled to change the tariffs within the procedure established by the current laws of Ukraine.

The tariff plan is active throughout Ukraine, except for temporarily occupied territories. Tariff plan action can be restricted on the territories of Joint Forces Operation conducting.

What happens to the remaining minutes, megabytes, or SMS?
If you top up your account and order your package by yourself, all leftover minutes, megabytes, and SMS from the previous package will be canceled.
Do I need to order a package by myself if more than 4 weeks have passed since the last tariff fee?
If 4 weeks have passed since you last paid the plan, on the account was 0 and you have topped up, do not order the package by yourself. Wait for the SMS (it will arrive immediately after top-up) that you have received the service package.
