Mobile Payment Service

Basic options

With the help of the Mobile Payment service and your mobile phone you can:

  • top up your account and/or accounts of other Kyivstar customers;
  • pay for the Home Internet landline services, Home TV;

For payment you can use bank UAH payment cards Visa and Mastercard of Ukrainian banks.


  • You can use the Mobile Payment service any time and any place, as the service is available from your mobile phone 24 hours a day.
  • To make payment it is enough to dial a number/private account number which you want to top up and a sum of payment.
  • Acceptance of the payment lasts for some minutes.
  • Your payment card data is safely protected by the system from, LLC which meets International standards requirements of Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

Service Provision Conditions

To use the "Mobile Payment" service, you must register and activate your payment card:

  • To register your card, dial *134# and follow the hints on the screen of your phone, enter the details of your Visa or Mastercard credit card.

    Then you will receive SMS with registration code (validity term of the code - 3 hours)

  • To activate your card, re-dial the combination *134# and follow the hints on the screen of your phone, enter the security code registration.

Please note: To finish the registration properly, it is necessary to make sure your card supports online payments. To make sure, please call to the bank that has made and maintains your card.

How to Use

  • To replenish accounts dial a combination *134#. A menu will appear on the display, on which you will be able to choose the necessary section to pay for the following services:
    • top up your mobile phone account;
    • top up accounts of other Kyivstar customers;
    • pay for the Home Internet service;
  • From the list of themes choose the Answer from options and dial the number which corresponds to the theme, choose the service you want to pay for.
  • You will be asked to enter the service parameters, namely: telephone number/private account number on which the payment will be made and a sum of payment.
  • In a few minutes the information confirming the validity of the entered data will appear on the mobile phone screen and the information about payment results you will receive by SMS.
