Golden Subscriber Program

"Golden Subscriber" is a loyalty program for the customers who spend on telephone connection more than 100 UAH per month. The more you spend the more advantages you get!

Advantages

  • Communication services on credit up to 100% from monthly account;
  • Time saving: minimum time of waiting on line during connection with the Help Service operator;
  • Money saving: some services are free of charge;

Conditions

A customer who has been serviced by for 4 and more full calendar months and whose monthly account on mobile connection makes more than 100 UAH can become a member of the Golden Subscriber loyalty program.

"Golden Subscriber" loyalty program has three levels of servicing depending on the customer’s account.

Service Peculiarities

  • For the clients, on whose personal account there is more than 1 customer, an average bill is calculated as the average all customers’ expenses amount for 4 previous months divided by the number of active customers of the personal account (including taxes and not including discounts).
  • Communication services on credit are provided to those customers who have no debts concerning all personal accounts.
  • Deactivation of the Program is not available. The customer station lockout is automatic if the account becomes less than 100 UAH. The customers with station lockout are sent informational SMS-notices.
  • If at the moment of applying the customer if connected to another credit program, it will be locked out.

How to Activate

  • The Program is activated automatically at the level corresponding to your account.
  • o activate the Communication Services on Credit you can apply to the Customers Service Center, visit the My Kyivstar system or send a USSD request. According to user rights you can apply for the service on your own or through the coordinator of your organization.
  • A USSD-request, activating the Communication Services on Credit in the amount of:
  • To deactivate the communication services on credit *170*2#
  • To check up the available amount for the Communication Services on Credit *170*3#
