The fee for the package of the non-charged minutes is taking off from the first second of the outgoing call. The cost of the first second of every minute of a conversation equals the specified cost of a minute. The cost of all subsequent seconds of the specified minute within the conversation is included in the cost of such a first second of conversation.

Please note. For customers on tariff plans, which include minutes for calls abroad, when making calls to the relevant directions, minutes under the terms of the tariff plan are used in the first place.

World in Touch is available for all prepaid Kyivstar customers except for those who use Professional plan.

Minutes are valid till 11:59:59 PM of the connection day. The unused minutes will be canceled.

You can order the package 50 times per day maximum. After you use all the package minutes but continue calling, the next package connects and charges automatically.

If you have used all packages the tariff will be 5 UAH for every minute.

You can deactivate it by one of the following ways:

• dial *568*0# or 222
• use My Kyivstar system

In case you have not enough money in your balance to pay for the package, calls are charged per minute. One minute costs 5 UAH.

• charging with a payment per minute is enabled automatically (a call is not being interrupted);
• you will receive an SMS about the activation;
• after replenishment of the account the package tariffing will be automatically restored;
• the cost of the first second of every minute of a conversation equals the specified cost of a minute. The cost of all subsequent seconds of the specified minute within the conversation is included in the cost of such a first second of conversation.
• if the amount in your account is enough neither for per-package nor for per-minute charging, the services are not provided. After you top up your account, it will be applied per package first.
• if you call the 1st tariff zone number paying each minute, then top up your account and call the 2nd tariff zone number, the 2nd tariff zone call will be charged per package. Meanwhile, your calls to the 1st tariff zone countries will still be charged per minute till the end of the day.

Tariffs will not apply when calling to the following numbering capacities in

Austria, Albania, Algeria, Armenia, Barbados, Belgium, Benin, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burkina Faso, United Kingdom, Germany, Greece, Jimbuti, Estonia, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Italy, Cyprus, Ivory Coast, Latvia, Liberia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Mali, Morocco, Monaco, Niger, Palestine, Poland, Russia, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Somalia, Sierra Leone, Tunisia, Tajikistan, France, Chad, Montenegro, Switzerland and Jamaica.
